Who May Participate.
Cruise passengers age 18 or older may register without geographic residency restrictions. Reasonable proof of cruise travel may be requested.
Drawing by Cruise Ship.
There is one separate drawing for each eligible cruise ship. Each passenger may enter only once on the same arrival date and cannot participate in another ship’s drawing. Registrations are assigned to the passenger’s confirmed ship; when multiple ships are in port on the same day, each ship has its own participant pool, guaranteed winner and ship-specific result communications. Registration closes at 7:59 p.m. and the drawings take place at 8:00 p.m., local #CABO time.
Winner Validation.
One preliminary winner and ordered alternates are selected. The preliminary winner has 72 hours to respond; reminders may be sent at 24 and 48 hours.
Certificates.
The confirmed winner receives a personalized certificate for a complimentary 3-night, room-only stay for a maximum of two guests at Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences or KADUN Hotel Boutique. Eligible non-winners receive a personalized certificate for 20% off the Best Available Rate (BAR) at Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences, KADUN Hotel Boutique or Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa. Certificates are not reservations.
Benefit Conditions.
Winner benefits are valid for 12 months from validation. Up to three Additional Guests may be requested at an Additional Cost, subject to Hotel Approval, Availability and a separate quote. Eligible non-winner discount benefits are valid for 24 months from validation. All benefits remain subject to the conditions printed on each certificate. The current pilot is a demonstration and its certificates are not authorized or valid for redemption.
